We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Account Executive. You will be part of a smart, innovative, and experienced team with a broad range of skills and a really sociable and positive attitude.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
You will play an important role in driving our business growth by acquiring new clients. You will contact potential clients (primarily through cold outreach), understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives via calls and emails. Your responsibilities will include:
New Business (Outbound):
Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated markets.
Conduct research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
Our methodology is based on a call-first approach, using a consultative methodology (MEDDIC).
Sales Cycle & Closing:
Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospects and clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals effectively.
Continuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts.
Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.
📋 Required Skills and Experience
1-4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales (cold outreach), with a focus on SMBs — this is a hunter role with high outreach activity, including high-volume cold calling.
Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs (quotas, conversion rates, lead generation targets).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a consultative approach to selling (MEDDIC or BANT methodologies knowledge are highly desirable)
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation software. G-suite is a plus.
EU work permit is a must.
Languages
Native Polish
Fluent in either English or Spanish
Nice to Have:
Experience within the SaaS industry, particularly in e-commerce, search, or digital marketing solutions.
Has worked in fast-growing tech scale-ups or high-growth environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
Familiarity with search technologies (e.g., Doofinder) or digital retail solutions.
Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
